We offer a no refund policy because of the nature of the business, where users would refund after they have lost a draw.
Can I get a cash alternative?
Yes, for every competition we offer a cash alternative to ensure that everyone is happy with that they have won.
Is there a buy limit?
Yes, each user is limited to 25 tickets per competition to keep it fair.
How often are competitions?
We prefer to keep the competitions high quality, so we aim for a new competition every 3 weeks.
